The Purpose of this Act is to grant non-residential subjectship to persons holding Austenasian offices who are in a position to substantially contribute to the nation, and to approve the Imperial Decrees of HIM Emperor Jonathan I numbered L to LII.

In accordance with Article III, Section B, Paragraph D of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the status of subject is hereby granted by Parliament to Lord Richard Hytholoday, Count of Maritimae and to Karthik Aswathnarayanan, by the request of said individuals.

As an addendum, in accordance with Article IV, Section D, Paragraph C of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the House of Representatives hereby grants its approval and consent to the Imperial Decrees of HIM Emperor Jonathan I numbered L to LII (decreed on 28 February 2021), thereby making them permanent law.
