CXXXV Jon. I 2020 (Digital Transformation)

The purpose of this Act is to provide for the development of e-Governance and better information sources of the Empire.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation is hereby established as a government ministry, to be headed by the Minister of Digital Transformation, who shall be a member of the Cabinet.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation shall be responsible for providing IT services to the Government, developing e-Government portals for the Empire and developing better information services about the Empire.

The Minister of Digital Transformation, as a Cabinet minister, shall be appointed by the Monarch on the advice of the Prime Minister.

The Minister of Digital Transformation shall have the authority to

1. provide IT advice to the Monarch, Prime Minister, Cabinet, Parliament, Senate and The Imperial Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council; and

2. develop and or market tools such as e-Government platforms, information sources for the Empire, Archives; and

3. appoint deputies to preside over any departments of the Ministry of Digital transformation they may establish
