The purpose of this Act is to cede the property of 32 Ashwood Court to the United States of America in return for the annexation of the new home of the Austenasian population of said property.

The area of Saint Josephsburg, New Richmond comprised of 32 Ashwood Court is hereby ceded to the United States of America. Austenasian sovereignty over said property is hereby relinquished.

In regards to the migration of the Austenasians living at 32 Ashwood Court to a new home in Belfry, Kentucky, the land in Slaters Branch, Belfry currently under occupation by Centuria I Iosephus (which comprises said new home) is hereby annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia in accordance with the wishes and request of the owners and residents of said land. Said land is hereby named West Richmond, is annexed to the Town of New Richmond, and shall have its precise borders and boundaries with the United States of America delineated by New Richmond Town Council and Centuria I Iosephus at the earliest suitable opportunity.

In regards to Paragraph 11 of XXXII Jon. I 2014 (New Richmond and Shineshore), all land of the United States of America which is within three miles of West Richmond and is not already within the Grade One Sphere of Influence of New Richmond is hereby added to the Grade One Sphere of Influence of New Richmond, and all land of the United States of America which is within seven miles of West Richmond and is not already within the Grade One or Grade Two Spheres of Influence of New Richmond is hereby added to the Grade Two Sphere of Influence of New Richmond.
