The Purpose of this Act is to expand Wrythe by annexing the land of East Wrythe as a Copanese embassy.

With the consent of its owner, the garden attached to the property of 31 Kingswood Drive in Carshalton is hereby annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia as an exclave of the Town of Wrythe. Said exclave shall be referred to as East Wrythe.

East Wrythe shall hold extraterritoriality as an embassy of the Kingdom of Copan, to be administered by HM Queen Emma I and her successors under Copanese rather than Austenasian law. The Austenasian Police may not operate within East Wrythe except either to assist with the enforcement of Copanese law at the invitation and with the permission of the Copanese monarch, or by the express order of the Monarch. This Paragraph may be repealed at any time by Imperial Decree or Imperial Edict.
