The purpose of this Act is to ban the intentional purchase (in the exchanging sense), selling, importation into Austenasia and/or exportation out of Austenasia of palm oil and/or palm kernel oil, and to establish the minimum punishments and maximum punishments for breaking the ban in some way.

The intentional purchase, selling, importation into Austenasia and/or exportation out of Austenasia of palm oil and/or palm kernel oil is hereby banned.

The minimum punishment for the intentional purchase/selling/importation into Austenasia/exportation out of Austenasia of palm oil/palm kernel oil shall be a fine of £5. The maximum punishment for the intentional purchase/selling/importation into Austenasia/exportation out of Austenasia of palm oil/palm kernel oil shall be a fine of £15.
