The purpose of this Act is to designate the date of the Liberation of Orly as a new holiday for observation within the Empire.

24 June is hereby declared Carshalton Day, and may be adopted as a public holiday in individual Towns and Territories should the respective Town Council or Governor decide to do so.

The purpose of Carshalton Day is to annually celebrate the anniversary of the liberation of Orly from Wilcslandian rule, and to celebrate the shared culture and history of the small nations founded in and around Carshalton.

As Great King in Carshalton, HIM Emperor Jonathan I hereby encourages the celebration of Carshalton Day by the other small nations in the local area, particularly Copan and the Grove.
