The Purpose of this Act is to fully and properly consolidate the position of Thanasia as an incorporated Town of the Empire of Austenasia.

In accordance with Article IV, Paragraph D, Subsection C of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the House of Representatives hereby grants its approval and consent to the Fifth Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Jonathan I, thereby making it permanent law.

It is hereby confirmed that Thanasia has been annexed as an Austenasian Town as of 14 May 2013, with HIll.H Countess Eritoshi of Memphis as its Acting Representative and with Lady Imogen Easton, Baroness of Thanasia its Landed Noble.

In accordance with Paragraphs 3 and 4 of XXVII Dec. I 2012 (Spheres of Influence): the Grade One Sphere of Influence of the Town of Thanasia is hereby declared to consist of the British towns of Sutton and Cheam (North Cheam considered part of Cheam); the Grade Two Sphere of Influence of said Town is hereby declared to consist of the British towns of Banstead, Carshalton, Morden, Worcester Park, and Ewell (Stoneleigh considered part of Ewell); the Grade Three Sphere of Influence of said Town is hereby declared to consist of all land south of the River Thames and within the M25 motorway which has not already been specified as comprising either the Grade One or Grade Two Spheres of Influence of said Town.

The Empire of Austenasia shall not annex any land to the Town of Thanasia outside of a boundary formed by Stayton Road (and the eastern-most part of Hallmead Road) from the A217 to Sutton High Street; Sutton High Street from its junction with Hallmead Road to the A232; the A232 from its junction with Sutton High Street to the A217; and the A217 from its junction with the A232 to its junction with Stayton Road.

In regards to the Second Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Declan I, Thanasia shall not be required to appoint a tax collector, and none of its subjects shall be required to pay tax to the Treasury.
