The purpose of this Act is to annex Aurora as an Austenasian Territory, to resolve problems which may arise with local government in Thanasia due to its small population, and to expand Corinium Terentium.

In regards to Paragraphs 3, 4 and 7 of this same Act, the following is hereby defined as Aurora: the 227 feet stretch of the river Rokytka (Czech Republic) from 50°5’48.67″N 14°32’56.77″E to 50°5’46.76″N 14°32’54.97″E and the riverbank of said stretch of the river up to the edges of the residential properties on either side, that is, an area of land and river totalling roughly 12,042 square feet.

Aurora, as defined by Paragraph 2 of this same Act, is hereby annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Territory of Aurora.

Aurora is in the Province of Rokytka, which is in the Duchy of Bohemia. The Empire of Austenasia shall not annex to the Duchy of Bohemia any land which is outside of the Czech Regions of Prague, Central Bohemia, Hradec Králové, South Bohemia, Liberec, Ústí nad Labem, Karlovy Vary, Pardubice (not including the Svitavy District) or Plzeň; or outside of the Havlíčkův Brod and Pelhřimov Districts of the Czech Region of Vysočina.

The Duchy of Bohemia is in the Region of Germania. The Empire of Austenasia shall not annex to the Region of Germania any land which is outside of Germany; Lichtenstein; the Czech Republic; the Austrian States of Vorarlberg and Tyrol (not including East Tyrol); the Pomeranian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Greater Poland, Opole, Lower Silesian, Lubusz, or West Pomeranian Voivodeships of Poland; or the Swiss Cantons of Zurich, Schaffhausen, St. Gallen or Thurgau.

In accordance with Article XI, Section J of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, Karl Friedrich is hereby appointed Baron of Aurora; HIH Eritoshi, Countess of Memphis is hereby appointed Countess of Rokytka; and HIH Princess Christine is hereby appointed Archduchess of Germania.

Lord Karl Friedrich, Baron of Aurora is hereby appointed Governor of Aurora, and shall hold responsibility for the maintenance and enforcing of Austenasian law within the Territory. He is furthermore granted the status of a subject of Austenasia in accordance with Article III, Section B, Paragraph D of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011.

In accordance with Article VIII, Sections A and C of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, every Town with a population of three or more is to elect a Town Council for the local governance of said Town. In regards to Thanasia, which at the time of the passing of this Act has a population of two, unless and until the population of Thanasia increases, that which would usually be done by a Town Council shall instead be done by the agreement of the two members of the population. Should the two residents of Thanasia be unable to agree on an issue – including on the election of the Representative of Thanasia – a deciding vote may be given by Graham Easton, upon whom was bestowed non-residential subjectship by Paragraph 2 of XLII Jon I. 2015.

By the request of the Prince of Sabovia, all Sabovia except for the property of 21 Upton Road is hereby annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia as a part of the Territory of Corinium Terentium.

XVII Jon. I 2014, Paragraph 5 is hereby repealed. Recognition of Sabovia as an independent state is hereby revoked upon the loss of its sovereignty, and it shall no longer be a protected state of Austenasia. The Principality of Sabovia shall be regarded as having been annexed by the Empire of Austenasia.
