The purpose of this Act is to annex Gebirgspark as an Austenasian Town.

By the consent of the owners and residents of the land, Prokopa Veľkého 37, Bratislava 1, is hereby annexed from the Slovak Republic by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Town of Gebirgspark.

The Town of Gebirgspark is in the Province of Bratislava, which is in the Duchy of Moravia, which is in the Region of Germania. Krištof Fondrk is hereby appointed Baron of Gebirgspark.

Lord Krištof Fondrk, Baron of Gebirgspark is hereby appointed Acting Representative of Gebirgspark, to serve in said latter position until the first local election takes place for said Town.

The spheres of influence of Gebirgspark shall be delineated by Imperial Edict.

In regards to Paragraph 5 of LVII Jon. I 2016 (Aurora, Thanasia and Sabovia), from henceforth the Slovak Republic shall be considered included within the list of territories outside of which land shall not be annexed to the Region of Germania.
