  1. The purpose of this Act is to annex Ionisia and Jovanovo as Towns of Austenasia, as well as to cede Axvalley to Brazil.

  2. By the request and with the consent of the owners and residents of the land, the residence of HRH Prince Aggelos in Vathi Samou, 83100, Greece is hereby annexed from the Hellenic Republic by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Town of Ionisia.

  3. The Town of Ionisia is in the Province of Samos, which is in the Duchy of Insulae, which is in the Region of Asia Minor. HIH Crown Princess Caroline is hereby appointed Archduchess of Asia Minor, and HRH Prince Aggelos is hereby appointed Duke of Insulae, Count of Samos, and Baron of Ionisia.

  4. HRH Prince Aggelos is hereby appointed Acting Representative of Ionisia until the next Local Election.

  5. By the request and with the consent of the owners and residents of the land, the roughly 415,374 square foot area bordered by roads centred on 42°29’4″N, 19°10’45″E consisting of properties in Daljam BB, Danilovgrad is hereby annexed from Montenegro by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Town of Jovanovo.

  6. The Town of Jovanovo is in the Province of Risinium, which is in the Duchy of Dalmatia, which is in the Region of Pannonia. HIH Emperor Mother Margaret is hereby appointed Archduchess of Pannonia, and Nikolaj Vadirom is hereby appointed Duke of Dalmatia, Count of Risinium, and Baron of Jovanovo, as well as granted the right to use the title “Iron Lord” instead of the usual title of “Lord” in regards to his noble titles.

  7. Iron Lord Nikolaj Vadirom, Duke of Dalmatia is hereby appointed Acting Representative of Jovanovo until the next Local Election.

  8. The Crown Dependency of Axvalley is hereby dissolved by the request of its residents. The residents of Axvalley are hereby divested of their status as such and of all Austenasian nationality. The territory which comprised the Crown Dependency of Axvalley is hereby ceded to the Federative Republic of Brazil, although the Empire reserves the right to reassume sovereignty over said land should such be in accordance with the wishes of its population, and/or if the Brazilian government proves incapable of governing it.

  9. In regards to Paragraph 9 of LXIV Jon. I 2016 (Empire of Austenasia), this same Act has, as legislation accepting an offer of territory for the Empire, been passed after the land in question was approved for annexation by the process laid out in Paragraphs 7 and 8 of LXIV Jon. I 2016 (Empire of Austenasia).
