The purpose of this Act is to annex Oppidum Tubae as an Austenasian Town.

The section of Rohu 31a, Tallinn, Estonia delineated by Paragraph 3 of this same Act is hereby annexed from the Republic of Estonia by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Town of Oppidum Tubae by the request and with the consent of its owner and residents.

In regards to the section of Rohu 31a to be annexed to Austenasia, Oppidum Tubae is composed of a cross-section of the house corresponding to the outline of the bedrooms assigned to Sander and Paul Koff, and the adjoining north-western half of the garden.

The Town of Oppidum Tubae is in the Province of Harria, which is in the Duchy of Aesti, which is in the Region of Sarmatia.

Sander Koff is hereby appointed Baron of Oppidum Tubae.

Lord Sander Koff, Baron of Oppidum Tubae is hereby appointed Acting Representative of Oppidum Tubae, to serve in said position until the first local election takes place for said Town.
