The purpose of this Act is, by transitioning Jovanovo from a Town to a Crown Dependency and by removing Iron Lord Daniel Dankovsky, Duke of Dalmatia from various positions of authority, to counter his influence on Austenasian politics.

It being considered undesirable for Iron Lord Daniel Dankovsky, Duke of Dalmatia to remain in a position of power within Austenasia on a national level, the Town of Jovanovo shall from henceforth no longer be a Town, but a Crown Dependency, continuing to hold the name Jovanovo. All subjects of Jovanovo shall from henceforth be residents only, and the Duchy of Dalmatia and the Province of Risinium are hereby dissolved, with the Nobility of said administrative divisions hereby abolished and the Landed Noble titles connected to said administrative divisions ceasing to exist (the Region of Pannonia and the title Archduchess of Pannonia shall continue to exist in case of future annexations in said area). Iron Lord Daniel Dankovsky, Duke of Dalmatia is hereby divested of all Austenasian titles, honours and offices except for that of Governing Commissioner of Jovanovo, to which he is hereby appointed, to govern Jovanovo in the name of and on behalf of the Monarch with minimum interaction with the government.

The Monarch is hereby confirmed to have authority to appoint the next Director-General of the State Intelligence Agency.

The Monarch is hereby authorised to amend Paragraph 2 of this same Act with the consent of the Prime Minister by Imperial Edict should confirmed messages from the people of Jovanovo be received requesting a return to the status of a Town, or some other political arrangement.

The current members of the Parliament of Austenasia hereby condemn racism and racialism and officially state that – despite the concept of different races being embedded within contemporary social relations – there is ultimately only one race, the human race, to which we all belong. Efforts to introduce legislation to discriminate between members of different racial groups shall not be tolerated, condoned or defended.
