Every year, on a day selected by the Emperor on the day that he/she is crowned, the subjects of every town in Austenasia will hold a vote to determine who their Member of Cabinet will be. [This law has been changed – see Act 15, Law 3]
Members of Cabinet are also known as Representatives.
Representatives will meet every Saturday with the Prime Minister and Emperor. There they will make new laws and discuss changes to older ones. [This law has been changed – see Act 119, Law 3]
If a resident has a complaint or suggestion about laws or the government, he/she has a right to make suggestions to the Representative of that town about actions that could be taken in Cabinet.
The Representative of a town must choose a minimum of three Council Members to help him/her to run the town. If the Representative wishes to change something in the town, it must first be voted for by the majority of the Council Members. [This law has been changed – see Act 15, Law 4]
