Act 1, Law 4 is hereby repealed. The Prime Minister will be voted for out of the approved Candidates (see Act 1, Laws 5-9) by a majority vote held by any subjects who wish to vote. The election will take place every three years on New Year’s Day. [As a change to the Constitution, this law has been passed in accordance with Act 1, Law 12]
Act 4, Law 2 is hereby repealed. The money raised by taxes will be sent to the Department of the Treasury to be spent on the upkeep of the Empire. The Emperor, Prime Minister and Chancellor must agree on what the money is to be spent on. [This law has been changed – see Act 28, Law 1]
Act 9, Law 1 is hereby repealed. Every year, on New Year’s Day, the subjects of every town in Austenasia will hold a vote to determine who their Member of Cabinet will be out of the Council Members. The Member of Cabinet/Representative and Council Members of a town are known as that town’s Council. [This law has been changed – see Act 70]
Act 9, Law 5 is hereby repealed. Every four months, a resident of a town will be voted a Council Member (these elections will be organised by the Council). They can resign when they wish but there can be no more than twenty Council Members at any one time. If there are, the election will not take place. Anything that happens in that town must be voted for by the Council. [This law has been changed – see Act 70]
