The Emperor has the title HRH Emperor Forename I/II/V/X etc, which stands for His/Her Royal Highness. He/she should be addressed as either Your Majesty or Your Highness.
The Prime Minister has the title Forename Surname PM, and should be addressed as Sir by everyone except the Emperor and members of the Royal Family.
Members of Cabinet have the title Forename Surname, Representative of Constituency. They should be addressed as Sir by everyone except the Emperor, members of the Royal Family and the Prime Minister.
Direct relations of the Emperor (wife/husband, siblings and children) are members of the Royal Family.
The husband of a female Emperor has the title HRH (His Royal Highness) Prince Consort Forename. He should be addressed in the same way as the Emperor by everyone except the Emperor.
The wife of a male Emperor has the title HRH (Her Royal Highness) Princess Consort Forename. She should be addressed in the same way as the Emperor by everyone except the Emperor.
Siblings of the Emperor have the title HRH (His/Her Royal Highness) Prince/Princess Forename. They should be addressed as Your Highness or Your Majesty by everyone except the Emperor.
Children and children-in-law of the Emperor have the title HRH (His/Her Royal Highness) Prince/Princess Forename. They should be addressed as Your Highness or Your Majesty by everyone except the Emperor and Prince/Princess Consort.
The heir to the throne (according to Act 1, Law 3) has the title HRH (His/Her Royal Highness) Crown Prince/Princess Forename. They should be addressed as Your Highness or Your Majesty by everyone except the Emperor.
