Act 18, Law 3 is hereby repealed. A Vote of No Confidence can be held by Parliament whenever it wishes, if the members of Parliament think that the Emperor may not be fit to rule the Empire. In Parliament, a Vote of No Confidence is treated like an Act which will be passed (see Act 11, Law 3, Paragraph C), except that the Emperor does not have to give Royal Consent. [This law has been changed – see Act 50, Law 5]
Act 12, Law 2 is hereby repealed. A subject of the Empire of Austenasia is a person who is over 14 years of age and has lived in Austenasia for more than 3 years. Subjects of Austenasia may also hold the position of a Citizen of the United Kingdom at the same time, but must always put being a Subject of Austenasia before being a Citizen of the United Kingdom. [This law has been changed – see Act 74, Law 1]
Act 28, Law 2 is hereby repealed. When a new law is given Royal Consent, all Representatives must make sure that all Council Members of their Constituency are informed of the new law, and that knowledge of it is circulated around the town. [As a change to the Constitution, this law has been passed in accordance with Act 1, Law 12.]
The Department of Residents and Immigration, as founded in Act 13, Law 3, is hereby renamed the Ministry of Residents and Immigration.
The Department of the Treasury, as founded in Act 14, Law 1, is hereby renamed the Ministry of the Treasury.
