Act 4 and Act 15, Law 2 are hereby repealed. All subjects of all towns in the Empire of Austenasia are hereby required to pay the sum of £2 every month to a tax collector formally appointed by the Member of Cabinet of that town. [This law has been added to – see Act 123, Law 1]
Act 12, Law 1 is hereby repealed. When a new law is passed, all Representatives must make sure that:
A copy of the new law is placed in the meeting place of the Town Council (see Act 15, Law 4). There must also be a copy of the Constitution (Act 1) with all of it’s revisions.
A copy of the new law is placed for all to see along all main roads.
A copy of the new law is included in the official town newspaper (if there is one.)
