In celebration of the ninth anniversary of the independence of Austenasia, Our Imperial Majesty hereby grants the peerage Duke of Bernardston to Lord Jacob Lewis, Baron of Terentia; the peerage Marquess of Coulsdon to HIH Emperor Father Terry; the peerage Viscount of Thetford to Lord John Gordon, Baron of Palasia; and the honour of Member of the Austenasian Order to H.E. Kenichiro Fukui and Horatio Eden.
Furthermore, Our Imperial Majesty hereby claims the property of Ronda Eloy Sanz Villa 8, Bajo 4, Soria, to serve as the Austenasian Consulate-General in Castile and León until one second past midnight on 11 June 2018. In accordance with international law and convention, we claim extraterritoriality for the Austenasian Consulate-General in Castile and León, but do not claim sovereignty over the territory on which it is situated. We hereby appoint HI&SH Princess Consort Hannah as Consul-General in Castile and León, and appoint our own Imperial Majesty as Consul at Soria.
