- Lady Jennifer, DOM is hereby appointed Archduchess of Sarmatia.
- Lord William Wilson, Count of Oribrazos is hereby appointed Duke of Taysha, as well as made a Knight of Rose in the Order of the Bullmastiff.
- HRH Grand Duke Travis I is hereby appointed Count of Vienne.
- HMFM Basileus Emmanuel I & II is hereby appointed Baron of Chalcedon.
- HIll.RM Rashtradhyaksh Dhrubajyoti Roy is hereby appointed Baron of Cenomannica.
- HIM Emperor Adam I is hereby made a Knight Companion of the Order of St. John.
- HM Emperor Aggelos I is hereby made a Knight of Honour in the Glorious Order of St. John.
- Lord Michael Simpson, Count of Occibrazos is hereby made a Knight of Virtue in the Glorious Order of St. John and a Knight Commander of the Austenasian Order.
- Lord Sander Koff, Duke of Aesti, Sir Newton von Uberquie, OAO, KOA, GRC and Sir Stephen Luke, CGD, CSD, KNS, KtS, GCrV are hereby made Commanders of the Austenasian Order
