By the generosity of His Majesty the King of Gradonia, sovereignty over the former Gradonian colony of Jackson and a former portion of the Gradonian province of Willvian has been transferred from the Kingdom of Gradonia to the Empire of Austenasia.
We declare Jackson to be an Austenasian Territory in the Province of Julian, which is in the Duchy of Dixie.
The portion of Willvian ceded to Austenasia is declared to be an Austenasian March, associated with the Town of Nahona and situated in the Duchy of Taysha, and named Campo de Jonatán.
Lord William Wilson, Count of Oribrazos is hereby appointed Governor of Jackson and Margrave of Campo de Jonatán.
