8. Imperial Kingdom of Calsahara

9. Tsarist Empire of Gishabrun

10. NottaLotta Acres

11. Vatican City State

12. Kosovo

13. Republic of China (Taiwan)

14. Republic of Molossia

15. Principality of Sealand

16. Republic of Taigh a Bata [This subsection has been repealed – see XXII Dec. I 2012, Paragraph 5]

17. Republic of Abkhazia

18. Nagorno-Karabakh Republic

19. Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus

20. Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic

The Empire of Austenasia also recognises:

1. The Grand Duchy of Flandrensis, as a sovereign non-territorial nation. [This subsection has been repealed – see XXXVI Dec. I 2013, Paragraph 4]

2. The Kingdom of Thebes, as a sub-kingdom of Wilcsland.

3. The Kingdom of Saqqara, as a sub-kingdom of Wilcsland.

4. The Crown Dependency of Forvik, as a crown dependency of the United Kingdom.

The Empire of Austenasia accepts responsibility for the defence and foreign affairs of the Parliamentary Republic of Dorzhabad, and agrees to defend it militarily and diplomatically in exchange for it holding the status of an Austenasian Protectorate.
