Parliament of the Empire of Austenasia
Be it enacted by HIH Crown Prince Jonathan, on this fifth day of June, in the year of the consulship of Imperator Caesar Declan Augustus and Jonathan Nobilissimus Caesar, by the advice and with the consent of the House of Representatives of every Town, under the provisions of Article IV, Section F of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011:
XXVI Dec. I 2012 (Dakrit and Burkland)

The Purpose of this Act is to revoke Austenasian recognition of the State of Dakrit and the Marxist People’s Republic of Burkland as sovereign states.

In response to the loss of sovereignty formerly held by the State of Dakrit, the Empire of Austenasia hereby withdraws and revokes the recognition accorded to Dakrit by Paragraph 2 of XXIV Dec. I 2012 (Foreign Affairs). The Dakritean-Austenasian Diplomatic Partnership is hereby abolished.

In response to the loss of sovereignty formerly held by the Marxist People’s Republic of Burkland, the Empire of Austenasia hereby withdraws and revokes the recognition accorded to Burkland by Paragraph 4 of XXII Dec. I 2012 (Foreign Relations) – said paragraph is hereby repealed.
The signature and/or seal of HIH Crown Prince Jonathan, through whom as an appointed Counsellor of State – with the power to grant Imperial Consent under the provisions of Article IV, Section F, Paragraph B of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011 – Imperial Consent to the preceding Act of Parliament is hereby given:
