XXVIII Dec. I 2012 (June Approval of Imperial Decrees)

The Purpose of this Act is to have the House of Representatives confirm the Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Imperial Decrees of HIM Emperor Declan I as lawful under the Austenasian Constitution of 2011.

In accordance with Article IV, Paragraph D, Subsection C of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the House of Representatives hereby grants its approval and consent to the Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Imperial Decrees of HIM Emperor Declan I, thereby making them permanent law.

In regards to the Ninth Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Declan I, the following is hereby clarified:

1. The term “Austenasian or Wessaxon citizen” is hereby defined as: “subject or resident of the Empire of Austenasia and/or citizen of the United Kingdom of New Wessex”.

2. The term “an office within any nation created by Ricardo” is hereby defined as: “any political, cultural, social and/or administrative office or position within any political and/or national simulation and/or entity which was formed, founded or created entirely or partially by Ricardo Oviedo Garbiso (a.k.a. Richard Garrshire, formerly known as Alexis Piotr I)”.
