The purpose of this Act is to annex Nikaia as an Austenasian Territory and to grant Mouzilo independence as a sovereign state.

Parc de l’Indochine in Nice, having been claimed for Austenasia by Sir Edward Jacobs, KOB, is hereby annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia from the French Republic as the Territory of Nikaia.

Nikaia is in the Province of Maritimae, which is in the Duchy of Alpes, which is in the Region of Gallia.

Sir Edward Jacobs, KOB is hereby appointed Duke of Alpes and Governor of Nikaia.

Lord Edward Jacobs, Duke of Alpes is hereby granted non-residential subjectship of the Empire of Austenasia.

By the request of its Governing Commissioner, sole resident, and landowner, the Crown Dependency of Mouzilo is hereby granted independence as a sovereign state independent from Austenasia, free to assume whichever form of government considered best by Manolis Afentoulis, Duke of Thessalia. Maintaining a close and friendly relationship with Mouzilo will be a priority of the Austenasian Government.
