The purpose of this Act is to annex Seleucia ad Cilicia as an Austenasian Territory.

By the request and consent of the owner of Seleucia ad Cilicia (as delineated by Paragraph 3 of this same Act), said land is hereby annexed from the Republic of Turkey by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Territory of Seleucia ad Cilicia.

The Territory of Seleucia ad Cilicia consists of the field owned by Lord Dionisiy Tezdzhan-Smahin, Duke of Lycaonia measuring roughly 273,830 square feet and situated between 36°34’36.8-36°34’41.4″N and 34°11’45.6- 34°11’53.3″E.

The Territory of Seleucia ad Cilicia is in the Province of Seleucia, which is in the Duchy of Cilicia, which is in the Region of Asia Minor. Lord Dionisiy Tezdzhan-Smahin, Duke of Lycaonia is hereby appointed Governor of Seleucia ad Cilicia, Cagatay Altintaş is hereby appointed Baron of Seleucia ad Cilicia, and HIH Emperor Father Terry is hereby appointed Count of Seleucia.

The Chief Herald is hereby charged with the design and creation of a coat of arms for the Region of Asia Minor and for the Territory of Seleucia ad Cilicia.
