- The purpose of this Act is to promote the production and consuming of cinnamon biscuits in the Empire, as well as to approve the Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Jonathan I numbered LVI.
- Cinnamon biscuits are officially made the national Christmas sweet.
- Local authorities are hereby encouraged to arrange for the production and distribution of cinnamon biscuits at events relating to the celebration of Christmas.
- The Ministry for Culture shall be responsible for compiling and maintaining an official recipe for Austenasian cinnamon biscuits.
- A Town Council may vote to promote an alternative Christmas sweet, which shall take the place of cinnamon biscuits within that respective Town. If this is done, an official recipe for said Christmas sweet shall be submitted to the Ministry for Culture.
- As an addendum, in accordance with Article IV, Section D, Paragraph C of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the House of Representatives hereby grants its approval and consent to the Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Jonathan I numbered LVI (decreed on 23 December 2022), thereby making it permanent law.
