- The purpose of this Act is to make certain changes to the procedure of Prime Minister’s Questions, establish a naturalization process for Honorary Subjects, and make other miscellaneous changes to certain government offices.
- LXXXIII Jon. I 2017 (Government Accountability), Paragraph 2 is hereby amended to read: “On the first Friday of every month, the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall open the floor for questions to the Prime Minister. Questions to the Prime Minister shall remain open for at least 48 hours at the discretion of the Speaker of the House, and during this period of question time no legislation may be presented to the House of Representatives.”

In accordance with Article III, Section B, Paragraph D of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the House of Representatives hereby authorizes the Census Department, and Census Director as head thereof, to establish a process for the naturalization of Honorary Subjects to become Non-Residential Subjects under the following guidelines:
- Applicants must hold the status of an honorary subject while also being at least 16 years of age (if not ruled otherwise in a court of law or by an imperial edict) and take on voluntary government service for 6 months, or
- hold the status of an honorary subject for more than one year be at least 16 years of age (if not ruled otherwise in a court of law or by an imperial edict) and produce letters of recommendation from at least 2 residential or non-residential subjects, or
- hold the status of an honorary subject for more than two years and be at least 16 years of age (if not ruled otherwise in a court of law or by an imperial edict).
- Any further requirements necessary for naturalization may be set by the Census Department as needs dictate.
- The position of Chief Herald, established by Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Jonathan I numbered XXXIX (decreed on 15 April 2019), and the Heralds they may appoint are hereby subordinated to the office of the Secretary-General.
- While subordinated to the Secretary-General, all actions taken by the Chief Herald or their Heralds will be reported to the Minister for Culture and included in the respective Ministerial Report.
