- The purpose of this Act is to annex Nervenston as a Territory.
- The garden of Kilińskiego 17, Żabno is hereby annexed from the Republic of Poland by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Territory of Nervenston by the request and with the consent of its owner.
- The Territory of Nervenston is in the Province of Polonia Minor, which is in the Duchy of Varsovia, which is in the Region of Sarmatia.
- Dominik Kądziołkais is hereby granted non-residential subjectship of Austenasia in accordance with Article III, Section B, Paragraph D of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, and furthermore is hereby appointed Governor and Baron of Nervenston.
- As an addendum, unrelated to the rest of this same Act, Elizabeth Lewis is hereby divested of Austenasian subjectship.
