Act 46 (Weaponry)

Enacted in the reign of .
Status: .

[This Act has been changed – see Act 104, Law 2]

Act 2, Law 4 is hereby repealed. The following items are weapons:

Firearms.

Knives of a reasonable size and strength that can be easily wielded to either stab or slash.

Explosives.

Missiles.

Incendiary (devices designed to start destructive fires)

Any device which is designed to kill, harm or destroy.

All owners of weapons must have a license for them, signed by the Representative of that town.

Each building in Austenasia is allowed no more than one weapon. However, if it can be proved that weapon-grade knives are frequently used for kitchen purposes, then up to three are allowed (they still must all carry licenses however).

Buildings directly on the United Kingdom border are allowed up to two weapons instead of one.

If a weapon is taken by a resident over the border into Austenasia, then it must be licensed by the Representative of that town first before the resident is allowed to keep it (the Ministry of Residents and Immigration is to see to this).
