Act 33 (Ban on Cigarettes)

The smoking, selling and possession of tobacco and nicotine-containing products is hereby banned.

Both tobacco and nicotine are hereby added to the list of drugs mentioned in Act 29, Law 4, Paragraphs H, I, J and K.

All residents of Austenasia with any products in their possession containing tobacco and/or nicotine (such as cigarettes) must either destroy them beyond usage or hand them in to the Austenasian Police Force by the 30^th December 2008.

Any person found buying or selling cigarettes or any other product containing tobacco and/or nicotine will be arrested for drug dealing.

Any person found with cigarettes or any other product containing tobacco and/or nicotine, either on their person or in their house (after 30^th December 2008) will be arrested for drug possession. 

Any person found smoking cigarettes or any other product containing tobacco and/or nicotine will be arrested for drug taking.

Any person found producing tobacco or nicotine will be arrested for drug production.
