Our Imperial Majesty hereby founds the Order of Saint Constantine as a new Austenasian order of chivalry, ranking below the Glorious Order of St. John and above the Order of the Bullmastiff.
Members of the Order of Saint Constantine must be Christians baptised in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
The purpose of the Order of Saint Constantine is to spread the Gospel and support those who do so, to protect the Christian faith, to exercise love and hospitality, and to give aid to the needy, impoverished, and destitute. The Order of Saint Constantine is called to keep in mind Matthew 25:31-46 and 28:18-20, and spread the Gospel, feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, give hospitality to strangers, clothe the naked, and aid the sick and imprisoned, and it shall raise money to fund its works of evangelism and philanthropy.
The Monarch is ex officio Sovereign of the Order of Saint Constantine, and has the sole authority to knight members into the Order.
The evangelic and philanthropic activities of the Order of Saint Constantine shall be overseen by the Grand Master of the Order of Saint Constantine, who shall convene and preside at meetings of Knights and Dames to help organise said activities. The office of Grand Master shall initially be held by our own imperial person; in future, should our Imperial Majesty no longer wish to hold this position, the Grand Master shall be appointed by the Sovereign from amongst the other members of the Order. The bestowal of the office of Grand Master is at the discretion of the Sovereign, and may be held by the Sovereign themselves or any member of the Order.
Knights and Dames of the Order of Saint Constantine are knighted such by the Sovereign. Above them rank Knights Imperial and Dames Imperial of the Order of Saint Constantine, also knighted such by the Sovereign.
The rank of Knight/Dame Imperial is available only to Caesars, Augustae, members of the Line of Succession, ancestors of the Monarch, foreign monarchs of imperial rank, and the spouses and children of any such possible candidates. Knights/Dames Imperial are not expected to take an active part in the evangelic and philanthropic undertakings of the Order, but are welcome to do so and to observe or contribute to meetings.
Knights/Dames Imperial and Knights/Dames of the Order hold the status of knighthood, and those who have no other title may affix Sir or Dame to the front of their name.
Knights/Dames Imperial of the Order of Saint Constantine hold the same chivalric rank as Knights/Dames of Honour in the Glorious Order of St. John and as Knights/Dames of Carothan; Knights/Dames of the Order of Saint Constantine hold the same chivalric rank as Knights/Dames of Molossers in the Order of the Bullmastiff, Knights/Dames Commander of the Austenasian Order, and Knights/Dames Protector of the Order of the Crown Princess.
The Order of Saint Constantine has as its motto “In hoc signo vinces”, as its emblem a silver Chi-Ro, and the Equal-to-the-Apostles Saints Constantine the Great and his mother Helen as its patron saints.
Our own imperial person is the first Sovereign and Grand Master of the Order.

We hereby knight as Knights and Dames of the Order of Saint Constantine: HM King Ciprian of Juclandia, HM King Adam I of Überstadt, Protopontiff Sir Sebastian Linden, IKA, KPP, Sir Richard Hytholoday, OMS, and Sean Anderson.
