In celebration of the fourth anniversary of the recognition of the imperial rank of the Austenasian Throne by the then German Emperor, Our Imperial Majesty hereby founds the Imperial Library, to serve as a collection of books and documents freely available to the public, based in the Imperial Residence. The Imperial Library shall be managed by Our Imperial Majesty and by the Crown Stewards of Imperial Wrythe, and items comprising the Imperial Library are Crown property of the Throne, but may revert to being the personal property of their former owners upon being permanently withdrawn from the Imperial Library by Our Imperial Majesty or by a Crown Steward of Imperial Wrythe. Copies of all Acts of Parliament, Imperial Decrees and Imperial Edicts signed by Our Imperial Majesty shall be deposited in the Imperial Library, as shall copies of all international treaties to which Austenasia is signatory. Donations of books and documents from private collections to the Imperial Library shall be welcomed. A regularly updated catalogue of all items in the Imperial Library shall be kept publicly available.
Furthermore, we hereby bestow upon HIH Lord Admiral Joseph Kennedy, Count of Greater Richmond the honour of Knight Companion of the Glorious Order of St. John.
Finally, we hereby announce that the first day of the summer of 2015 in the Austenasian calendar was the third day of June.
