Having become aware in a grammatical error within the Austenasian national motto, Our Imperial Majesty hereby directs that from henceforth, the word “POPVLVM” in the national motto and on the national coat of arms shall instead read “POPVLVS”.
Furthermore, we consider it fitting to establish rules regarding regalia. The Imperial Regalia of Austenasia – that is, the Imperial Diadem, the Imperial Sceptre, the Imperial Robes, and the Imperial Chain – are to be worn only by the Monarch. The Monarch may also choose to wear as befitting the imperial person a robe or chlamys of purple, a loros, red shoes, and/or any items of the Imperial Regalia as are considered appropriate for the situation.
When in full regalia, Augustae and Caesars shall have a silver diadem with a jewel but no pendilia, a robe or chlamys of red, and blue shoes. Should an Augusta or Caesar also be the spouse of the Monarch, their diadem may be golden.
An unmarried partner of the Monarch may be granted a silver diadem without a jewel or pendilia.
When in full regalia, the Consuls shall have a robe or chlamys of white with a stripe of purple, a loros, and a non-metallic staff of office no longer than their arm.
The Monarch has the power to make exceptions to any rule or guideline in regards to regalia.
