Our Imperial Majesty hereby appoints HIH Joseph Nobilissimus Caesar to the position of Chancellor, to replace our own imperial person as such. We also hereby appoint Lord Charles H. Crannis, Duke of Grantabridge to the position of Secretary-General, to replace our own imperial person as such. Furthermore, we accept the resignation of Lord Charles Crannis, Duke of Grantabridge from the position of Home Secretary, and appoint our own imperial person to said position as Representative of Wrythe. Finally, in accordance with Article VII, Section I of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, we create the position Minister of Space Exploration, a Government Minister; appoint as such Lord Centurion Alastair Cranston, Duke of New Virginia; and grant authority to said position to acquire and launch crafts in the name of the Empire with the aim of exploring the atmosphere of Earth and outer space.
