By the agreement of Our Imperial Majesty, the Prime Minister, the Consuls, and the Princeps Senatus, and with the approval of the People as expressed by a motion of the House of Representatives on the seventh of this month, we hereby on behalf of the Austenasian nation confer upon HIH Emperor Father Terry the title Pater Patriae in celebration of his sixtieth birthday and in grateful recognition of his role as Father of the Nation as de facto co-Founder, first Emperor of Austenasia, and Head of the Ancient and Imperial House of Austen in addition to his other contributions towards the country.
This title shall take precedence over that of Emperor Father in regards to his secondary title.
