The property of 7 Lincoln Way, Thetford, is hereby annexed to the Empire of Austenasia by the request of the residents and with the consent of the owner of said land as the Town of Palasia with the inhabitants of said territory hereby admitted as subjects (or, in the case of the sole inhabitant under the age of 15, as a resident) of Austenasia. John Gordon, SCP is hereby appointed Acting Representative of Palasia, to fulfil the duties of the office of Representative of said Town until the next Local Election. The Town of Palasia is part of the Province of Vienna, which is in the Duchy of Grantabridge. The Empire of Austenasia will not annex to the Town of Palasia any land which is outside of a boundary formed by the A134 from the A11 to London Road; London Road from its junction with the the A134 (continuing as it runs into Norwich Road) to its junction with the A1066; the A1066 from its junction with Norwich Road to its junction with the A11; and the A11 from the A1066 to the A134. The Empire of Austenasia will not annex to the Province of Vienna any land which is not within the British parliamentary constituencies of South West Norfolk and/or Mid Norfolk. Victoria Gordon is hereby appointed Countess of Vienna with the title of Lady, and John Gordon, SCP is hereby appointed Baron of Palasia with the title of Lord.
Furthermore, due to an irreparable breakdown in relations and communication between Our Imperial Majesty and His Majesty the King of New Wessex, we hereby give notice that from 11:47 on 7 August 2013 the Empire of Austenasia will withdraw from the Treaty of Wilton (signed 7 August 2010) and terminate its alliance with the United Kingdom of New Wessex, although we reaffirm the promise of our imperial Throne of mutual friendship, peace, respect, and co-operation with the Kingdom of the Grove and the Kingdom of Copan made under said Treaty. We furthermore relinquish our title Duke of Atlantos and any Wessaxon or Wilcslandian citizenship held due to the granting of Moylurgian citizenship to our imperial person on 17 May 2010, and decree that as of the confirmation by Parliament of this Imperial Decree, HM King Declan I shall be deprived of his status as a subject of Austenasia.
Finally, we hereby repeal the Eighth Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Declan I, the content of which has been lost and forgotten due to being made verbally, and the Ninth Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Declan I, made as a result of a personal quarrel and having no reason to remain in force.
