In accordance with the wishes and by the request of the owner of said land, the garden of the property belonging to Konstantinos Papanatsios on the north-western third of Vasileos Pavlou Road in Almiros is hereby annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia from the Hellenic Republic as the Territory of Elmythia.
The Territory of Elmythia is in the Province of Thessalia, which is in the Duchy of Hellas, which is in the Region of Illyricum. The aforementioned Konstantinos Papanatsios is hereby appointed Governor of Elmythia and Baron of Elmythia, and in accordance with Paragraph 2 of the Subjectship Act 2014 is hereby granted non-residential subjectship.
