The purpose of this Act is to make new provision for the definition and prohibition of sexual offences, and to approve the Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Jonathan I numbered XX.

Paragraph 2, Subsection G of the Third Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Declan I is hereby repealed. Rape is a first-class felony defined as having sexual intercourse (i.e., sexual contact between individuals involving penetration) with somebody without their consent and/or with somebody less than sixteen years of age.

Paragraph 2, Subsection H of the Third Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Declan I is hereby repealed. Sexual assault is a second-class felony defined as having non-penetrative sexual contact with somebody without their consent and/or with somebody less than sixteen years of age, without a reasonable belief that said person consents to it and/or is no less than sixteen years of age.

Criminal transmission of a sexual disease is a second-class felony defined as infecting somebody with a sexually transmitted disease either intentionally or through recklessness as to whether such would occur in the knowledge that it could.

Indecent exposure is a misdemeanour defined as the deliberate exposure – either on public property, to the general public, and/or to a child or children – of the genitals or female breasts, with the intent to cause shock to (or in the knowledge that doing such would be likely to cause shock to) those likely to see them.

Sexual harassment is a misdemeanour defined as constantly harassing somebody in order to obtain favours of a sexual nature without a reasonable belief that said advances are not unwanted and/or where there is unwanted conduct of a sexual nature and that conduct has the purpose or effect of violating a person’s dignity, or of creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment for them.

Gross indecency is a second-class felony defined as conduct of a sexual nature which is not specifically illegal in accordance with Paragraphs 2-6 of this same Act but is a gross violation of morality.

In accordance with Article IV, Paragraph D, Subsection C of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the House of Representatives hereby grants its approval and consent to the Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Jonathan I numbered XX (decreed on 26 April 2015), thereby making it permanent law. In accordance with said Imperial Decree, all land within five miles of New St. Josephsburg which is not already in the Grade One Sphere of Influence of New Richmond is hereby added to the Grade One Sphere of Influence, and all land within nine miles of New St. Josephsburg which is not already in the Grade Two Sphere of Influence is hereby added to the Grade Two Sphere of Influence. Furthermore, all land not already in the Grade One Sphere of Influence of New Richmond which is between 82°20’2″W and 82°17’50″W and is south of 37°49’26″N and north of 37°43’3″N is hereby added to the Grade One Sphere of Influence, and all land in the Mingo County of West Virginia which is west of a line of longitude running 82°4’22″W that is not already in the Grade Two Sphere of Influence of New Richmond is hereby added to the Grade Two Sphere of Influence. Furthermore, New St. Josephsburg may also be referred to with equal validity as New Saint Josephsburg.
