The Treasury is hereby authorised to mint coins with designs commemorating events, persons, and places of national significance.
-
Austenasian coins shall have inscribed on them the year in which they were minted, on their obverse feature a portrait of the incumbent Monarch together with their regnal name, and on their reverse feature the value of the coin. All other details of the design are at the discretion of the Treasury, subject to approval by the Monarch.

At least one coin from each issue minted shall be donated by the Treasury to the Imperial Numismatic Museum. All other coins become property of the Treasury upon production, to be distributed by the Chancellor as is seen fit.
-
The Treasury is hereby instructed to mint an issue of one hundred coins commemorating the tenth anniversary of the Austenasian Declaration of Independence, to be released on Independence Day 2018. The final design shall be approved by the Monarch, and shall be in accordance with the following:
-
The obverse of the coin shall feature, centred, a portrait of HIM Emperor Jonathan I. Around the border of the coin will be the inscription “jonathan•i•aus•imp•aut•rom•2018•7527”; these abbreviations may be expanded, and/or more titles of the Monarch may be added in abbreviated form to the inscription should there be room.
-
The reverse of the coin shall feature, centred and in three lines, the inscription “ten•years•since/the•declaration/of•independence”, with “£#” (# being the value of each coin in accordance with Paragraph 4 of this same Act) underneath the inscription.
