The Empire of Austenasia hereby ratifies the Constitution of the Grand Unified Micronational in accordance with Paragraph 6 of XXXV Dec. I 2012 (Treaties). HIM Emperor Jonathan I is the current Austenasian primary delegate to the Grand Unified Micronational. The primary delegate has the power to appoint up to two secondary delegates at any one time (and to dismiss them). The Empire of Austenasia can only withdraw from the Grand Unified Micronational by means of an Act of Parliament (unless expelled from the organisation by the Quorum of Delegates). In the case of the Austenasian delegation becoming vacant, the Monarch or Prime Minister shall appoint a new primary delegate.

In regards to Paragraph 2 of XIII Dec. I 2012 (Protectorates, Renasia and Starhigh), Doshevika is hereby recognised to be the official successor state of the Kingdom of Domanglia. [This paragraph has been repealed – see IX Jon. I 2013, Paragraph 8]

In regards to Paragraph 2 of XXXI Dec. I 2012 (Monovia), the Principality of Monovia is hereby recognised to be the official successor state of the Tsardom of Monovia. Recognition of future successor states of the Principality of Monovia may be enacted by Imperial Decree or Imperial Edict.

In regards to Paragraph 5 of XIII Dec. I 2012, the Biarchy of Peribius is hereby recognised to be the official successor state of Starhigh. [This paragraph has been repealed – see XVII Jon. I 2014, Paragraph 8]

The Empire of Austenasia hereby confirms ratification of the Treaty of Friendship and Co-operation between the Grand Duchy of Flandrensis, the Principality of Arkel (and) the Principality of Campinia united in the Flandrensisian Commonwealth and the Empire of Austenasia, signed by the Prime Minister of Austenasia on 13 January 2013, in accordance with Paragraph 6 of XXXV Dec. I 2012.

The Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises Ladonia as a sovereign state independent from Sweden. Ladonian sovereignty is recognised over all territory they both claim and control.

The Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the Confederation of Saint Luke and Amager as a sovereign state independent from the United Kingdom, United States of America, Albania, Sweden and Germany. Amagerian sovereignty is recognised over all territory they both claim and control. In regards to the role of HIM Emperor Jonathan I within Amager, the title “Steward of the Confederation of Saint Luke and Amager” shall be added to his full style and titles for as long as he holds said position, following that of “Second and Sixth Midget Master” and preceding that of “Founder of Austenasia”. Recognition of sovereignty by Austenasia can be done only by the Monarch (through granting Imperial Consent to an Act of Parliament, signing an international treaty, or through an Imperial Decree or Imperial Edict) or by the Prime Minister or Chief Ambassador (through the signing of a treaty).
