The purpose of this Act is to abolish the Austenasian partisan system so as to prevent division and have all Representatives united in the common cause of Austenasia as a whole, removing any distraction from representing the pure interests of their Towns and the Empire.

XC Jon. I 2018 (Political Parties) is hereby repealed in its entirety. No political parties shall be recognised on an official level, and the Political Party Registry is hereby abolished.

Paragraph 5, Subsection D of CXV Jon. I 2019 (Parliament) and Paragraph 3 of CXXXIV Jon. I 2020 (Parliament) are hereby repealed. The system of a formal division between a “Government” and an “Opposition” is hereby abolished. The Government of Austenasia includes all those with administrative powers and shall not be confined to a partisan definition.

No candidates in a local or general election may include in their electoral campaign a claim to belong to a political party.
