The purpose of this Act is to establish Ionathanopolis as a Town of the Empire, to cede the Town of Harenfall to Norway, and to abolish the system of having a King of Arms.

By the request and with the consent of the owners and residents of the land, the property of 4989 Quail Lane, Columbia, South Carolina is hereby annexed from the United States of America by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Town of Ionathanopolis.

The Town of Ionathanopolis is in the Province of Mentavlos, which is in the Duchy of New Virginia. Peter Palaiologos is hereby appointed Count of Mentavlos.

Lord Peter Palaiologos, Count of Mentavlos is hereby appointed Acting Representative of Ionathanopolis until that Town’s next Local Election.

In accordance with Paragraphs 3 and 4 of XXVII Dec. I 2012 (Spheres of Influence), the Grade One Sphere of Influence of the Town of Ionathanopolis is hereby declared to consist of all land within five miles of its borders. The Grade Two Sphere of Influence of Ionathanopolis is hereby declared to consist of Richland County and all land not in Richland which is within ten miles of the borders of Ionathanopolis, not including the land already within the Grade One Sphere of Influence of Ionathanopolis. The Grade Three Sphere of Influence of Ionathanopolis is hereby declared to consist of the counties of Fairfield, Kershaw, Sumter, Calhoun, Lexington, and Newberry, not including the land already within the Grade One or Two Spheres of Influence of Ionathanopolis.

The Town of Harenfall, the Province of Perwick, the Duchy of Redcaster, and the Region of Scandinavia are all hereby dissolved. The Nobility of said administrative divisions is hereby abolished, with the Landed Noble titles connected to said administrative divisions hereby dissolved.

The residents and subjects of Harenfall are hereby divested of their status as such and of all Austenasian nationality.

The territory which comprised the Town of Harenfall is hereby ceded to the Kingdom of Norway, although the Empire reserves the right to reassume sovereignty over said land should such be in accordance with the wishes of its population, and/or if the Norwegian government proves incapable of governing it.

XLI Jon. I 2015 (Heraldic Authority) is hereby repealed. The Council of Arms and the office of King of Arms are hereby abolished. Authority for deciding upon matters of heraldry and arms lies with the Throne.
