- The purpose of this Act is to annex Rubrum Beryllium as a Territory.
- The 1.44 acre property at 37.8144, -113.8663 owned by Lord Michael Simpson, Count of Occibrazos is hereby annexed from the United States of America by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Territory of Rubrum Beryllium by the request and with the consent of its owner.
- The Territory of Rubrum Beryllium is in the Province of New Ferrara, which is in the Duchy of Occidentia.
- Lord Michael Simpson, Count of Occibrazos is hereby appointed Governor and Baron of Rubrum Beryllium.
