- The 80.44 acre property at 41.0203005, -117.0338573 owned by Lord Michael Simpson, Count of Occibrazos is hereby annexed from the United States of America by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Territory of Golcondiaurum by the request and with the consent of its owner.
- The Territory of Golcondiaurum is in the Province of North Nevada, which is in the Duchy of Occidentia.
- Lord Michael Simpson, Count of Occibrazos is hereby appointed Governor and Baron of Golcondiaurum.
