- The purpose of this Act is to divide Pontunia in two, with one part to become independent of Austenasia in order to provide for greater local stability.
- The Empire of Austenasia hereby relinquishes sovereignty over 5004 Folse Drive, 5009 Folse Drive, 5012 Folse Drive, 4501 Chastant Street, Girard Playground, and Lafreniere Park, and grants to Duke Andrew I the right to allocate their sovereignty.
