CLI Jon. I 2020 (Procyon and Kaiomenia)

The purpose of this Act is to annex Procyon and Kaiomenia as a Town and as a Crown Dependency respectively.

The 0.35 acre property at 5401 Shawn Drive, Killeen, Texas is hereby annexed from the United States of America by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Town of Procyon by the request and with the consent of its owner and residents.

The Town of Procyon is in the Province of Occibrazos.

Lord Michael Simpson, Count of Occibrazos is hereby appointed Acting Representative of Procyon, to serve in said position until the first local election takes place for said Town.

In accordance with Article VII of the Treaty of Mutual Friendship and Co-operation between the Empire of Austenasia and the Empire of Ovrestlia (10 September 2020):

1. The 1.38 hectares of land to the north-west of the Greek city of Agrinio, ceded to the Empire of Austenasia by the Empire of Ovrestlia under the terms of said article, are hereby annexed by the Empire of Austenasia as the Crown Dependency of Kaiomenia.

2. Hegemon Thomas Marios I is hereby appointed Governing Commissioner of Kaiomenia.
