In accordance with Act 68, Laws 3 and 4, every person has the right to choose and practice his or her religion, faith or belief without persecution or discrimination. No person may be unfairly privileged over another because of their religion, faith or belief.
In accordance with Act 68, Law 7, Paragraph G, every person has the right to profess their religion freely, to change it and to practise it either on their own or with others, being subject only to such limitations as are prescribed by law and are necessary to protect public safety, order, health or morals, or the fundamental rights and freedoms of others.
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his/her religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his/her religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
Places of worship of any religion may be built in Austenasia.
