Act 26 is hereby repealed. HIM Emperor Terry I is to be officially crowned the Emperor of Austenasia on the 20th May 2009.
The ceremony will take place at 1 Imperial Road. The Emperor will:
Be presented with his sceptre.
Swear an oath (to be written by the Founder, Secretary-General and Prime Minister) to
Protect the Empire of Austenasia against all foreign threats.
Make the existence of Austenasia known to the rest of the world.
Abide by and uphold the laws of Austenasia.
Rule fairly and wisely with care for the subjects of Austenasia.
Be officially crowned Emperor by the Founder of Austenasia, Crown Prince Jonathan, by placing his crown upon his head with the words “I crown you, Terry Roy Austen, Emperor of Austenasia”.
All subsequent coronations should follow the same guidelines as that of HIM Emperor Terry I, as set out in Law 2 of this same Act. In regards to Paragraph C of that Law, if the Founder:
Is dead
Refuses to crown the Emperor
Then the actual crowning shall be done by either the highest member of clergy willing, or the present Prime Minister.
