Austenasian Television Productions is hereby founded, with the purpose of creating and distributing television programmes to:

Inform
Promote education and learning
The ATP is hereby allowed to be given tax money (see Act 28, Law 1) in order to finance it’s programme making and to ensure that the programmes which it makes are of good quality.
The ATP is to be based in Wrythe. The Representative for Wrythe is to designate the first Director-General of the ATP out of Wrythe’s council members. The Director-General will then organise and run the ATP with the money provided from taxes.
