In regards to Act 114, Law 7, the Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the Republic of Nemkhavia as the legal successor state to the Socialist Union of Nemkhavia and Pristinia. [This law has been changed – see Act 123, Law 2]

In regards to Act 108, Law 5, the Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the United Aspinburghian Principality as the legal successor state to the Kingdom of Aspinburgh.

Act 9, Law 3 and Act 11, Law 1 are hereby repealed. To debate and pass new laws, the Monarch, Prime Minister, and Cabinet will meet. While acting in this legislative role, they are collectively known as Parliament. All previous Acts of Parliament not passed on a Saturday are hereby confirmed as being legitimate, lawful, and in force from when they received Imperial (or, for before the passing of Act 47, Royal) Consent. If two laws are found to contradict, then the most recent one to be given Imperial Consent will be given precedence.
